Booking Policy
1. Purpose This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the online sale of Clinical Pinnacle courses, including the refund policy. These courses are designed to provide educational content and do not determine or certify clinical competency, which remains the responsibility of the clinician, employer, and clinical supervisor. 2. Course Description The courses offer educational information on medical topics and are intended for professional development. They do not provide certification, licensure, or accreditation for clinical practice. Participants are responsible for ensuring the course content aligns with their professional needs and regulatory requirements. 3. Refund Policy Refund Requests Before 30 Days: Participants may request a full refund up to 30 days before the event date (the first day of the course). Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the designated course administrator. Refunds After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 30-day deadline, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at the discretion of the course provider. Cancellation Fee: If a refund is approved then this will incur a cancellation fee of £10 per course cancelled. This is to cover the administrative cost of facilitating the cancellation. Course Cancellation by Provider: If the course is cancelled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice. 4. Participant Responsibilities Participants must ensure they meet the technical requirements to access the online course. Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge gained in accordance with their professional scope of practice and regulatory guidelines. Clinical Pinnacle is not liable for any clinical decisions or actions taken by participants based on the course content. 5. Course Link & Resources Course material is posted 7 days before the course start date; Zoom links are emailed 48hrs before the start date. 7.
